Christopher J. Russo, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Russo founded Fantasy Sports Ventures in 2006 and serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. From 1999 to 2005, he was Senior Vice President, New Media/Publishing for the National Football League. In that role, he served as general manager for the League's new media/publishing business, including internet, satellite radio, wireless, and traditional print publishing. He managed all day-to-day operations, including programming, marketing and advertising sales. In addition, Mr. Russo was responsible for the new media/publishing business development and completed a range of transactions with a total value in excess of $1 billion. Prior to the NFL, Mr. Russo held senior executive positions with New Line Cinema and NBC.


Clay Walker, Executive Vice President, General Manager
As Executive Vice President, Mr. Walker serves as the General Manager of the Digital Sports Advisors business unit. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of the National Football League Players Incorporated, the licensing and marketing subsidiary of the NFL Players Association. In that role, he was primarily responsible for managing and overseeing National Football League Players Incorporated's retail licensing business. This business included apparel, trading cards, video games, new media and fantasy football. In April 2006, Mr. Walker founded the Fantasy Sports Association, a not-for-profit organization formed for the purpose of growing the fantasy sports industry, and currently serves as its Chairman. Mr. Walker is a graduate of East Carolina University with a B.A. in English, and also holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a Master's in Labor Relations from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.


Matthew B. Perrigo, Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Mr. Perrigo oversees strategic sales and development and is a member of FSV's Board of Directors. As an entrepreneur, he successfully founded and managed Optasia Technologies and led the turnaround of ShipNow, both software start-ups which were ultimately acquired for an aggregate purchase price of $75 million. As the President of Optasia Technologies and ShipNow, Mr. Perrigo managed all facets of the businesses, including software development, business development, sales and software implementation.


Evan J. Kamer, Executive Vice President
Mr. Kamer is responsible for securing new business partners, completing acquisitions and developing overall corporate strategy. Prior to joining FSV, he served as senior vice president and managing director for Octagon Worldwide, where he started an in-house digital media practice. From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Kamer was senior director, new media and publishing for the National Football League where he helped manage NFL.com, NFL Mobile, NFL Fantasy football and other new media and publishing businesses. Prior to the NFL, he was an original founder of About.com where he was responsible for developing new business opportunities for an Internet start-up, including member acquisition, e-commerce and strategic partnerships.


Andy Regal, Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Mr. Regal oversees cross platform, multi-media content. Most recently, he served as VP Original Programming, for College Sports Television (CSTV), creating, developing and executing a full slate of programs for the 24-hour network. Mr. Regal was also responsible for programming and production of audio and video content for CSTV.com, and 100 partner school sites. He has been an Executive Producer for NBC at both MSNBC and CNBC and he served as the first VP of Original Programming for Court TV. Mr. Regal also worked as an executive consultant for the National Football League and NFL.com. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois, with a bachelor's degree in Journalism.


Matt Knopf, Senior Director
Mr. Knopf leads FSV's consulting projects with outside clients. He most recently served as an Associate Director of Marketing at ESPN where he developed online marketing campaigns and built partnerships with the fantasy sports community. At Nextel Communications, Mr. Knopf led the product marketing strategy of several high-profile products such as Nextel's first camera-phone and BlackBerry smart phone. He also worked as a senior consultant within the PricewaterhouseCoopers Communications & Media strategy consulting practice. Mr. Knopf is a graduate of Northwestern University and has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
